About Vaudit
Companies spend more than $15 trillion a year across vendors: AI platforms, cloud infrastructure, advertising networks, SaaS providers, logistics systems, payment processors, and data platforms. Nearly all of it is reconciled on vendor-reported numbers. Nobody verifies the bill. Vaudit does.
Our Story
Vaudit was founded in 2023 by CEO Mike Hahn, previously the founder of Vatic AI. Vaudit is Hahn's sixth venture. Over two decades he has built five startups and completed multiple exits across AI, adtech, and revenue operations. Mike began his career as a math teacher before being recruited by Oracle, followed by a leadership role at Valassis.
Everywhere Mike built, he saw the same problem: enterprises taking vendor-reported costs on faith. He leads a largely European executive team that has worked together for seven years, dating back to Vatic AI.
Vaudit is building the independent verification layer for the vendor economy, with three products: TokenAudit for AI billing, AdAudit for advertising, and VendorAudit for the wider B2B vendor ecosystem.
