FAQ
What is the monthly fee based on?
A fixed, published rate tied to how much spend you bring in for Vaudit to audit each month. It doesn't change based on what turns up during the audit.
Is there a success fee on top of the monthly fee?
No. Vaudit does not take a percentage of recoveries. The published rate is the only fee. Everything recovered stays yours, in full.
If Recovered Budget falls short that quarter, do I still pay?
On Starter, yes, the $99 flat rate applies regardless of what's found. On Growth and Enterprise, if Recovered Budget doesn't reach 2x your Continuing Platform Fees for that quarter, 100% of that quarter's fee is credited to your next invoice, or refunded within 30 days if no further invoices are issued.
How does the 2x guarantee work?
On Growth and Enterprise, your Recovered Budget must reach at least 2x your Continuing Platform Fees for that quarter. If it doesn't, Vaudit credits 100% of that quarter's fee against your next invoice, or refunds it within 30 days if no further invoices are issued.
What counts toward the 2x guarantee, before or after billing?
Recovered Budget is calculated at the end of each quarterly Measurement Period, combining refunds you've received and spend Vaudit has blocked during that period. If it falls short of 2x your fees, that amount is credited to your next invoice, or refunded directly if no further invoices are issued.
How is monthly audited spend calculated?
The total audited spend across the vendors and platforms you've connected to Vaudit that month, across AI, ads, SaaS, cloud, payments, logistics, and shipping.
Can my tier change month to month if my spend fluctuates?
Yes. Your tier is calculated month to month based on actual audited spend, and adjusts automatically if your spend moves between thresholds.
What if my spend crosses a tier threshold mid-month?
Your tier is set based on audited spend at the end of each billing month. There's no penalty for crossing a threshold mid-month.
